Order Processing Time

Physical orders are typically processed within three to five business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note:

  • Processing times may increase during holidays or high-volume periods
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
  • You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been prepared for shipment

Shipping Locations

Currently, Building Wealth Today TV ships physical products within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available unless specifically noted.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: three to seven business days
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after shipment.

Please allow up to twenty-four hours for tracking updates to appear.

Thrift Finds & Collectibles Shipping

Many items sold through our Shop Thrift Finds section are:

  • Vintage
  • Pre-owned
  • Collectible
  • One-of-a-kind

Because of this:

  • Packaging methods may vary by item size and fragility
  • Certain fragile collectibles may require additional packaging time
  • Combined shipping may not always be available

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Please contact us within five business days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged packaging
  • Photos of damaged items

We will review shipping-related issues individually.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur outside of our control.

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Stolen packages marked as delivered

Digital products including:

are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Digital purchases are generally delivered immediately or shortly after purchase.
